Pricing Details

1. Resortree software (hotels & resorts)

Resortree is sold as a subscription to hospitality businesses. Pricing is customised based on room inventory, number of properties, modules (for example POS, channel manager, WhatsApp inbox, AI features), and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

• Quotes and GST tax invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices on invoices are taxable value unless marked tax-inclusive. GST is charged as applicable under Indian law.
• A demo can be scheduled at no charge via Contact Us or contact@resortree.com.
• Paid access begins when the subscription is activated and the invoice is settled, unless a trial is agreed in writing.

There is no public self-serve price list because properties differ widely. Email contact@resortree.com with your property name, city, and room count for a written quote.

2. Guest bookings (rooms and packages)

Room rates, taxes, meal plans, and advance amounts are set by each hotel and displayed in the booking widget before you pay. The amount charged through Razorpay is the advance or total shown at checkout. The remaining balance, if any, is payable at the hotel as stated on the confirmation.

3. Payment methods

We accept online payments through Razorpay, including the methods enabled on the merchant account (typically UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets). Availability of a method is shown on the Razorpay checkout screen.

4. Refunds

Refund and cancellation rules, including timelines, are published in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method.
